KU is the first non-state university in Kokand City, Fergana region. University offers diverse programs in Economics, Finance, Management, Computer Engineering, Cybernetics, Tourism, Primary and Pre-School Education, Linguistics, and recently launched a Faculty of Medicine at the Andijan branch. KU has been actively participating in the national "Green Space" project since 2020.

KU serves as the project coordinator and coordinates WP1. KU is involved in the management of the project, the financial aspects, and the coordination of the project with its stakeholders.

OUTech assists in WP4 and WP7. They organize the 1st training event themselves. They are the main leader in the implementation of pilot projects.

VILNIUS TECH manages WP2 and WP5 in collaboration with GSBE and TIU. It assists in developing and delivering training courses.
