1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the GreenCamUz project consortium ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data through the website greencam.uz. The GreenCamUz project (No. 101234907) is funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) Strand 1 programme, coordinated by Kokand University (Uzbekistan).

3. What Data We Collect
We may collect the following personal data through this website: name, email address, phone number, and institutional affiliation — only when voluntarily submitted through the contact form. We also collect anonymous usage data through standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit).
4. Purpose of Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form, communicating project-related information to stakeholders and partners, and fulfilling reporting obligations to the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
5. Legal Basis
Personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) and applicable national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Data processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the legitimate interests of the project consortium (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Data Sharing
Personal data may be shared with: project consortium partner institutions (9 beneficiaries listed on the About page), the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) for project monitoring and reporting purposes, and auditors or evaluators appointed by the European Commission. We do not sell, trade, or transfer personal data to any third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Data Retention
Personal data will be retained for the duration of the project (36 months) and for a period of 5 years after the final payment, in accordance with Erasmus+ grant agreement requirements (Article 25 of Grant Agreement GAP-101234907).
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data, as required by Article 15.2 of the Grant Agreement.
9. Your Rights
