Work Package 4:
Capacity Building and Training
Description:
Developing the 3 specialized training programs on sustainable practices and green technologies by EU partners based on the needs of UZ partners. Organizing the 3 training events at OUTech (Politechnika Opolska), KBU, and GSBE. The workshops are held at each UZ partner that selects the attendees according to the agreed criteria, provides the timetable of the lectures, ensures the presence list is signed, distributes the training material package and the feedback questionnaire, records the presentations, drafts an evaluation report during the M18-M20.
Tasks:
4.1. Development of 3 specialized training courses.
Expected Deliverable/Results/Outcomes: 3 training courses and training events (D4.1, M24, Sensitive)
4.2. Training of 48 faculty members and 24 administrative staff.
Expected Deliverable/Results/Outcomes: Training completion reports
4.3. Green Campus Ambassador Program development and training of 60+60 green campus ambassadors.
